About the Role

As a Production Manager at Texponto, you'll play a key role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our textile products. You'll lead a team of production associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• • • Lead and manage day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
    • Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
    • Train and develop production team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on production goals and priorities.
    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
